I'm surprised that you found them mild; I'm used to them being as hot as 
scotch bonnets or some habs.  But you never know, batch to batch.

One nice thing about this shape of pepper, hot or not, is the way you can 
cut acros the pod and get these crinkly convoluted slices.  Fun to find in a 
salad or soup.
