You can use hot sauces for many things, not just Ketchup or Catsup
substitutes. I myself love hotsauce sprinkled on corn or tortia chips. I also
like a nice slice of chedder cheese with some hot sauce on it., something I
would never do with ketchup. Most vinegar based sauces are to runny to be
used as condiments, and are used as seasonings "here".

Tonight we had roast chicken which I dipped in Jim C's "Smoking Chipotle
Sauce" and mashed potatoes seasoned with CaJohn's "Fire Dust". Earlier I
finished off the last of a sample bottle of "Tobasco Chipotle Sauce", with
some corn chips. Maybe later, when "CSI" is on, I'll have a pepper sandwich,
made from Hungarian Hot Wax peppers we canned this fall!
