Hey guys/gals

Am interested in what peppers would you all recommend for a new chile-head.
I purchased the Balada and PC-1 from Reimer Seeds but am disappointed with
all the info I have came across about the performance of the PC-1. I have
raised in the past one type of habanero (it was orangish coloured) which was
really quite hot and incredible in salsa.

I am from Southeastern Kentucky so I would prefer ones which would do well
for this climate (which is usually dry, humid, and quite hot in summer).
Also which seed retailer would you guys recommend for purchases. I love
heat but do not like fruity flavour. Though I do plan on raising some habs
for guests who wanna fricasse some tastebuds and for salsa/chile con carne.
I absolutely adore the Jalapaņo's flavour but its just not hot enough for
me, so are they any peppers which have that kind of flavour with
significantly more heat?

And anyone have any hpcl or scoville data on the Balada (it supposed to be
an asian pepper)?

Also any other Kentucky Chile-Heads?
