[CH] Great Hostess Gift (for me)

My cousin visited over last weekend. She traveled from
Manhattan to my tiny town, just to see me and the
family. She brought me the most wonderful hostess
gift:

Hoboken Eddie's Special Edition - Home Grown Sauce
Stonewall Kitchen's Onion & Jalapeno Mustard
Spirit of Fire (bits that bite) from The Cape Herb &
Spice Company (in South Africa)
Salmar Pepper Vinegar - Product of Portugal

I have tried the Hoboken Eddie's Home Grown and it is
wonderful. A combination of 3 peppers (jals, habs and
cayennes) along with some tomato, citrus, garlic,
vinegar and other stuff. Flavorful and HOT. Lovely.

I also tried the Spirit of Fire mixture. It is in a
handy spice grinder thing - a combination of black
peppers, crushed chiles, sweet peppers, pepperdew (?)
and gingseng. It tastes wonderful. Spicy. Great ground
onto anything.

I still haven't tried the other two.

What a wonderful cousin she is! I miss her already.
