Some feed back from a few folks,

The risdual wax builts up on the plant.

Not that effective for critters listed,  but very effective for 4 legged
critters..

i found this:
"Hot Pepper Wax Insect Repellent is a natural garden/greenhouse spray
repellent
and insecticide. It is proven effective against aphids, spider mites,
whiteflies, lace bugs, cabbage loopers and beet army worms for 2 weeks or
longer. The chief active ingredient, CAPSAICIN, is an extract from cayenne
pepper."
