I've noticed a few ants around my pots as well. Do they cause problems? I
haven't noticed any adverse effects.

Habanero, Jalapeno, Cayenne, Thai, and Anaheim. A few of them are just my
first season so although the plants are strong and healthy, I've had no real
fruit yet.
