Hey, I'm looking for a suggestion for a good Chipotle sauce. Coyote Cosina's is very good (good smoky flavor, some heat, good consistency). Bufalo's was very bad (strange color, salty, no heat and very think, very disappointed). So, I'm looking to see what sauces others have liked. I used them on pizza mostly. Anybody try Mohotta-Mobetta's? Or, how is the Tabasco version? BobMan
