Santa Barbara Olive Company makes a jal stuffed olive that I'm partial to. They are not mushy, but them still may be high on the salt for you. That is why I like olives. I don't salt the food, but have an olive or two with it. And I found these olives at Sam's. $3 for the large jar. BobMan
