Hi Chilli-heads,

I am new to Chilli-Heads and I would like to introduce myself.

I am interested in Mexican food, culture and the cooking of the food.  These
interests led me to finding the ChilliChick http://www.chilechick.tmfweb.nl
(Dewi) and I got in touch with her regarding growing Chillies in the
Netherlands.  She gave me you guys' details and has also offered to send me
seeds.

Any advice on the growing of the seeds (especially in Northern Europe) would
be appreciated, as would advice on what chillies to use in recipes.

I have a real interest in the region Oaxaca in Mexico and plan to go there
some day.
