[CH] Spicy Thousand Island Dressing

I adapted this copycat of the Kraft Thousand Island
dressing today and it came out terrific.

1/2 cup Hellmann's Light mayo
2 tbsp Bottled Hell ketchup (I got it from Rockin
Randy)
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 tsp sugar (I used Splenda)
2 tsp sweet pickle relish
1 tsp white onion, finely grated
1/8 tsp salt
dash pepper

Mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve on salad, or
with.

This was nice and spicy, just right on my HUGE lunch
salad. It did taste like thousand island. Very good.
