Here's my recipe....originally posted in the "Slowcooker" group:

Corned Beef 'n' Corona

I placed a 4-lb.
corned beef (spice
packet discarded!) in
the crockpot
and bathed it with a
12-oz. bottle of Corona (mild, Mexican) beer.
Crocked all-day (about 12 hours) on low. 

It's very good...tender and moist!
You can also place cabbage wedges on top if you like...
