Finally, we have come out with the 20 Pepper line of salsa and hot sauce.
The salsa is spicy but not nearly as hot as some of the stuff at the show.
Did anybody try the No Joke Salsa?
The hot sauce has a moderate heat. Yes Sandy, it's right up your alley!
I had sent prototypes to a few of the list members and neither product is
exactly like the samples. The hot sauce actually being a little chunky and
very thick and rich.
The 20 Pepper blend of chiles we grown in my backyard, but this year, we are
using an Amish farmer grow 800 chile plants for us. I'll still have the 250
at home.
As with all of other stuff, we will offer a special deal to list members. So
if anyone is interested, please contact us off-list.
