If memory serves -- and it may not -- the trick is to press once, open the
press and rotate the tortilla 90 degress, then press again. Beyond that,
it's up to the the press, and how much force you apply....
You may never get it as thin as a skillfull cook with a roller and a certain
of patience would, but it'll be lots faster.
And what's wrong with a thick tortilla, anyhow?
