Hey Chile-heads,
I've been a member of this list for maybe five years or so.
I've met many cool people on line and in person as a result of
my joining......
It's been fun and that's just the half of it.
I do not remember anyone ever bringing this subject up.
I take some small pride in this.:-)
I might have found a subject that no one seems to have discussed on this list.
I haven't done a grep on the archives so I might be wrong.
In any event.
I have many pepper sprouts growing in plastic cells
of various sorts in anticipation of spring.
As I was watering them I noticed that the leaves of the Aji Amarillo and some of the others exude an odor of
perfume, very spicy, much like the flavor of the peppers the plants produce.
Has anyone else notice this?
