[CH] salsa surprise

   Ate dinner at KCs Neighborhhod Bar&Grill at 47th/County Line
and Stern in Shawnee.  Basic bar food menu but started off with
a basket of chips&salsa.  Came with mild and "hot".  Good flavor
in both but the hot wasn't really hot.  I asked the owner if he
something "really hot" and got a pleasant surprise.  Still had good
flavor but seriously bumped up heat.  Turns out he added fresh
habaneros instead of just dumping in a bottled hot sauce.  Very
nice, indeed.

   They even cooked my burger as ordered, meaning less than the
medium/medium well usually foisted off on the public in the name
of "safety".
