Thanks to everyone for your suggestions. I ended up doing a dry rub thing, and broiling on convection mode. Then I used one the hot sauces generously given to me by Curt and Susie-Zen and Passion. Has pinapple juice as it's main ingredient, with mango. Hot and tasty, very good on the pc's. Marilyn ~~~~~~~ Huh? I have to say something clever at the end of each e-mail?
