Don't forget Brain Wash from Skeleteens in Pasadena, CA.  They've been 
adding jalapeno oil to their soda for at least ten years.
I'm sure the bevnet review would not apply on this list.

Unfortunately the slogan on one of their posters is accurate, "Not 
obtainable in most places".  I don't remember seeing the sodas since living 
in Los Angeles...
