We are definitely soul-mates, Alex! I must have at least as many pepper
products as you....I just gave a box-full (20 jars?) of half-used
goodies to my brother-in-law (because I've lost track of Randy!).

I also have begun limiting my accessions to Big Lots and flea
markets....bought a bottle of Tabasco "Hot Ketchup" yesterday at the
flea market....it's pretty good,
but...similar to my own concoction, made by adding a few TBSP of Al
Kulsa's "Bottled Hell" to Brand-X ketchup.
