Hey Chile Heads,

I would add my iron pennies to this opinion poll on pans.
At the risk of boring you by peppering you with my
own personal panache,
(I said pepper so I'm on topic.)
Who was Peter Piper anyway?
I submit that are times when a sticky pan is a good thing.
I've never been able to deglase a teflon pan.
On the other hand deglasing a sticky stainless steel pan
after frying chicken in it makes for a nice sauce.
Cast iron is just as good I must admit.
Except that it tastes of iron.
Excuse me, have to go, my Weber's barking at a squirrel.
I live in an apartment.
I've been feeding the Weber game hens and salmon steaks to keep it
quiet.
I hate blackmail.
