Hi Heads!

Abandoned the ark idea but it was a very good possibility a few days
ago! Yikes, we had almost 3.5 inches in a matter of days here in
upstate NY.

So anyway, back to my original post. I bought some deli cheese at
our local Tops Friendly Markets in Ithaca, NY that is pretty good and
I have not seen before. The brand is called "Sensational" and is
pretty good. It is Jalapeno and Cayenne in a mild cheddar. Has a
nice ring to it after you have eaten a whole slice and slow down to
take a breath. It has nice bits of both peppers along with the
seeds. I had mine sliced to try out a bit and will go back and buy
a block. Pricey....something like $6.99/lb but good. They also had
cheddar horseradish that was pretty good too.

Give it a whirl, beats the basic hot pepper jacks that are around.

Sunny today....maybe I will get to plant this weekend. Still have to
wait for that "Hiney in the dirt" warmth to put in the peppers and
tomatoes!
