You said that you have not seen any recipes that have ham. I sent
my recipe and it has ham. For other Cajun style recipes, you can
go to my site and you will find 57 Cajun recipes all mine that I
have cooked for friends and family. Since I am in New Orleans, right
now I think I will go to red fish grill and get some seafood and
Jambalaya that I do not have to cook.
Thanx for the recipe. But, it showed up after I posted what I posted. And
after Rael (who prolly knows better - but, listens to his own music) said he
was ditching the ham in his recipe.
Axchually your recipe looks pretty decent. Not being a Cajun and liking the
food I call the dishes I make up in that vein "sorta". I just sent my Shrimp
"sorta" Creole off to the Chile Pepper recipe contest. We'll see what
shakes....
