Cabot makes a wonderful Hab Cheddar, heat varies but it is hot enough 
for me and too hot for moderate friends.
If Trader Joe's gets other Cabot products have them order you some to 
try out or order direct from Cabot.
mmmm a Red Savina cheddar! mmmmm
