Hmmm... depends!

The perfect heat level is when you feel the burn like a torch inside and the upper lip starts to sweat.

Too hot hot is when you sit in your chair - rocking forth and back - talking like the fish (opening and shutting your mouth without saying anything). Wel... you have to cross the border to find out its there :-)
