    Thanks to one and all who replied to my query about MJ cheese. I now
know more about MJ than any other cheese on the planet (although that just
proves my ignorance about cheese on the whole).

Saturday night just gone, I was out of town, and popped into a fast food
joint for some dinner when I spied some curious display items they had. Some
investigation revealed that the proprietors were keen chillie growers and
the pickled chillies they had on display were Sctoch Bonnets. I left with a
bag full of Bonnets freshly cut off the bush they had growing in the store,
a gift from the owners!
