[CH] Mexican cooking class

Susie and I are thinking about attending a vegetarian Mexican cooking class
that focuses on traditional cooking in the Tlaxcala region of Mexico, about
60 miles from Mexico City. We are looking at the week of November 11th,
thought we'd let others know that this class exists.

have been having an ongoing e-mail discussion with the owners and they sound
like they try very hard to take care of their guests. If anyone else is
interested in going at the same time, let us know. It's a full week, but the
classes are only during part of the day, leaving some time to sightsee.
