Hi Curt...I was just in L.V. and had the best Chinese food at P.F. Chang's.
Yes, it's a chain but delicious stuff, no buffet and some fairly spicy (for
my moderate persuasion) dishes. We enjoyed kung pao scallops, as well as
shrimp prepared the same way. There were other spicy dishes on the menu and
I'm sure you could ask them to up the heat on any of them. They were served
with lots of those lethal little peppers in the sauce!
For dessert there is a chocolate cake that easily serves four with one
portion. Can't remember the name but you'll see it if you're a chocoholic.
