[CH] The pepper pickin' dog is at it again!

Last season, our dog, Jack (http://home.earthlink.net/~jackspage/) was out
in the garden, picking peppers and bringing them into the house.
Unfortunately, he wasn't overly discriminating when it came to ripeness.
This season we didn't plant any peppers, but we did plant tomatos. And guess
who's picking the tomatos! Not eating them, just picking them!
Unfortunately, once again, he's not picking just the ripe ones, must have
something to do with red/green color blindness. Anybody got a recipe for
spicy fried green tomatos? And no, I do NOT want any recipes for spicy fried
dog...
