Solution to slug problem:
Collect slugs, salt lightly. This tends to make them
firm up. Add 1/2 cup chopped serranos. Simmer over
low heat in olive oil. Mix with fresh cilantro and
onions. Serve with tortillo chips and beer. On second
thought, serve the beer first, and plenty of it! End
