This was last night's dinner. Too late for the
charcoal and too rainy so I made these on the George
Foreman Grill. They came out delicious.

Chiles
                Poultry

  Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation
Method
-------- ------------
--------------------------------
1 1/4 lb ground turkey -- not the
leanest
1 4 oz can green chiles -- chopped
   1 tsp ground cumin
   1 tsp kosher salt
     1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
   1 tbsp olive oil
   4 hamburger buns -- split
   4 slices Monterey jack cheese
                        salsa

For burgers:

Prepare charcoal or gas grill (medium-high heat) or
preheat George Foreman Grill.

In large bowl, combine turkey, chiles, cumin, salt and
cayenne. Mix well and shape into 3/4" thick patties.
Brush them with oil.

Toast buns for a couple of minutes to get good grill
marks. Grill burgers for 4 minutes per side, or a bit
more, depending on how rare you like them (I love
medium-rare). Top burgers with cheese and grill for
another minute to melt cheese.

Serve burgers on buns, topped with some spicy BBQ
sauce and more chopped green chile.

Serve with salsa.
