Hi Poddo's,
Date: Saturday the 27th.
Place: Amsterdam, restaurant La Margarita
Time: 19.00 hours
The Dutch Chileheads met for the first time. The Dhillies: Rob and Marga,
Joan and Ton and Emile and Dewi.
We met up at the restaurant in Amsterdam. It's a Caribian restaurant. We all
started talking like we had known eachother for a while. Ofcourse the chiles
were a welcome subject. We shared, we ate and had fun. Afterwards Rob and
Marga had the great idea to get together again at their place for a hot
luck. We're all going to cook some yummies and bring it over. It is going to
be fun.
We did take some pics at the meeting but like a dope I can't find the link
to it so Joannie, can you post the link please!!!
The garden is doing okay. So far so good. The weather has been changing a
lot so I hope the chiles and the plants will survive these hot and cold
peaks. The good news is that my Madame Jeanette which I keep indoors had two
ladybugs in it and one of them has laid eggs! I hope they hatch soon because
the aphids are overcrowding the plant.
