Hello everyone I hope you are all fine . Mark I am glad the manual was
some help. And you know what ? You are a genious ! Your mention of
cherry / hot pepper jelly was great inspiration . With just a hint of
the right background flavor I can take mine to another level . Also Jim
C. did I understand correctly that there is apple smoke in the
background ? Dare I dream that soon another batch of Red Savina powder
will be out ?
This also leads to pointing out what a super guy Jim is . I went to
order some powders from his site but my credit card woudn`t work
correctly . Jim does no more than ship me my order immediatly anyway
without upfront payment . He only know`s me from this list and trusts me
. He certainly has my vote for sainthood . I saw Tabasco chipotle sauce
mentioned. Keep in mind this is only my opinion but the fake smoky taste
put me right off . However I am definately going to try some of the new
chipotle seasoning from Wildpepper .
