Hi

Anybody have a good recipe for oriental eggplant?

I got these babies at a little produce stand on some country route between 
Cream Ridge Winery and Allentown, New Jersey.  I also bought some Cubanelle 
Frying Peppers.  She had habs and jals for sale, too.
