And the C-H's responded with great sounding recipes. My favorite 
though is to keep it simple. Put the habs in a blender with just 
enough freshly (Wow - an adverb! Sorry to confuse you Merkins *) 
squeezed lime and lemon juice to allow blending. Add salt to taste. 
Brilliant with any seafood. Good base for ceviche marinade.

* Knuckle draggers might want to look up merkin in the O.E. dictionary :-)
