How does one make chile dust at a non-commercial
level? Extremely fine particles; you know that stuff
that's left in the bottom of your empty jars of Jim's
RS flakes? Like that, only finer. Somewhere between
confectioner's sugar and straight cornstarch.

survivair for habs :-) But what grinding device? Can
it be done for under $50? ($500 flour mills are not a
consideration.)

Any suggestions appreciated.
