I have Aji Amarillo ( many types that are different), Aji Pineapple, Lemon
Drop, Aji Habanero and a variety of other fruity aji types. Theya re all
quite different. I have not grown the Limon, I guess I should. Anybody
have some seeds to swap?
I use ajis a lot to make medium heat salsa for my husband. Perhaps
because of our dry weather, this weeks batch had him sweating. I swear
those ajis weren't that hot a week ago.
My nephew begged me to make really hot salsa for him last week and kept
urging me to make it hotter. I think a few extra gusanos and inca drops
finally brought him to his knees and he was grabbing for the milk. The
next day, he ate it for breakfast: made his auntie proud.
Sun is up: time to start picking!
