Hi everyone,

Yesterday was a great day with the main theme: Chiles!!! The second Dutch
Luck took place in Helmond where our own Rob and Marga Pieters live.

I prepared the Bananasoup and Joannie and Ton prepared a wonderful Mexican
beef stew. Joannie also made her own tortillas on the spot. They tasted
great. I even cooked up a few WITHOUT BURNING them. Rob and Marga made a
great appetizer. Jalapeno halves stuffed with cream cheese, ham and onion
(?) Jalapenos came straight from Rob's wonderful chile patch. Nice moderate
heat although Bianca (Rob's daughter) did have to run to the fridge for some
milk. Rob also prepared some awesome chicken mole. I had never tasted it and
if he hadn't told me I would have never guessed the dish had chocolate and
apricots in it. Needless to say we were all stuffed afterwards.

Thanks Joannie and Ton for the wonderful food and thanks to Rob and Marga
for hosting this Dutch Luck and the great food.
