[CH] ascending Mount Olympus

I have been a lurker here for a couple of years and did post a couple of
months ago, and the reception I received was warm and welcoming. The things
that I have learned just from reading here are phenomenal. I am by no means
a "chili virgin" as I have been eating the hot stuff for as long as I can
remember. However this list has helped me to stray into the fields of
growing my own and experimenting beyond commercial product. Lurkers cannot
always (in my experience anyway) just jump in when talking here is often
like ascending Mount Olympus and speaking with the many gods of chili that
assist El Grande in the grand scheme of things. I have often said to myself"
these people are mad", as I am devoutly following your advice and then I
begin to think that if this is madness then I choose to stay. Please let the
Lurkers that feel somewhat unworthy stay and benefit from the wisdom of your
experience.
