Hi Suz -
Why don't you make a nice hot apple pie?  I was thinking of using some of my
hot lemons in with the apples, maybe a little of the powder in the crust,
too.  (I always put a little lemon rind in the crust).  Should be nice!
Or - I suppose any hab would be nice...Maybe even a hot apple strudel (as my
grandmother rolls over in her grave)....
How about baked apples stuffed with some chutney or some pepper jelly??
You've got me thinking now!  I'm going on an apple picking outing in a
couple of weeks...hmm
