   As so many before me have said, Open Fields was a blast!
Thanks to our most gracious host, thanks to all the attendees
that shared their food, drink, sauces, powders and company, and
thanks to El Grande for providing the perfect weather for the
event.
   I've got orange peters in the dehydrator (peter peppers,
that is) with pasilla and purira waiting in the wings.  The
tepins are doing fine without benefit of Mr. Coffee's 
moisture removal device.  All courtesy of Jim and his 
generosity.  I am so thankful that I don't even mind the
chile willy I got from the peters.
