Hi Michael...I think your best best for a chile doorag is to get some chile
fabric (which is not expensive and comes in lots of different patterns and
colors) and have someone sew up custom rags to protect your chile-lovin'
head!  From one yard of fabric (and you don't have to buy it in a whole
yard, get 1/3 or so) you could make probably three rags for a cost of maybe
$8

Of course, if you don't sew yourself, you'll have to cook a chili dinner for
whomever you get to help you with this project.
