[CH] Carrot and chile

Hi all pods,
I have 2 kilos about 4.4 lbs of unidentified peppers
left over.
Red about an inch long.
Thin skin and too many seeds.
Hub thinks it is a hybrid.
Anyway I liked Belinda's (with carrot juice).
Have just harvested teeennny carrots that are so
juicy.
A regular sized jute sack full.
Have not weighed the babies yet.
Anyone have a true and tried easy recipe with carrot
juice?
Please, nothing complicated.
