I take it that you've never been there.

The best food I've had in Sweden was the stuff we cooked up ourselves one
Saturday (a three course northern Italian meal, each served with a different
wine, plus coffee and Swiss grappa).

It has been a year since I last opened a can of Surstroemming, so I guess
it's about time to try it again.  Maybe if I use enough habs to mask the
taste...
