If it was me, I would buy a bunch of Mexican beer, some bistec, and some
fresh corn tortillas, invite a bunch of friends over, and fire up the grill.
Make tomatillo salsa with some small, hot chiles from your garden and serve
it on your tacos.

Subject: [CH] Anchos

Hello all,

I have a basket full of bright green anchos and I need some creative
ways to serve them up. I originally wanted them to ripen and dry some
poblanos (or have I got that reversed) but I don't think they will ripen
before the first frost here in SC.

Any recipes will be much appreciated

Keith
