Last night, on Sara's Secrets (which they are
replaying right now), she did a whole show on chiles.
How to roast them, how to peel them, what kinds are
the mildest, and the hottest and she made several
wonderful recipes.

I am going to foodtv.com to get the recipes. Thought
I'd let y'all know about it.

She made rajas and several other things. Yum.
