[CH] Sauce co-packing

I'm thinking of making the quantum leap to having my hot sauces made by a
certified co-packer so that I can try to get them into local markets, etc.
I really don't know what this kind of service costs or if it is financially
feasible for me to even attempt on a small scale.  If anyone has any advice
or can point me to informative websites, I'd appreciate it very much.
