The La Casita restaurant on Bethel Rd. near us makes a wonderful camarones 
ala diabla, with a sauce made from de arbol peppers.

I read a review of the restaurant that complained about the heat in the 
dish.  Well, if you don't like hot food, don't order it and complain in a 
review, because if it's made right you won't like it.
