I'm delighted you're including Colonel Philpott's recipes in the CH 
information site.  For those of you who want to be "correct," Baker Creek 
Heirloom Seeds ( www.rareseeds.com ) is carrying a seeds for several Thai 
vegetables, including seeds for the pea eggplants.   No connection except 
that I'm a satisfied customer. Margaret L

I have just converted a compilation of Colonel Ian F. 
Khuntilanont-Philpott's Thai recipes into HTML format.  I have placed a 
link to this document in the Recipe section of the (unofficial) CHL 
FAQ/Info site (http://abarnhart.com/faq).  This HTML document includes 163 
recipes!

I received the original compilation from Shona Lamoureaux on 1/17/99. It is 
in zipped, MS Word format. I have not changed the recipes, and have 
retained all the anecdotal information.

I have sorted the index alphabetically, and readability, made quite a 
number of minor formatting edits, particularly with respect to the 
ingredient lists.

I welcome any corrections or related information.
