Hi all,
Just tried the Colonel's Prawn and Pineapple Curry on the new unofficial
site (Andy's?) - much thanks for making them available! This is a really
good soupy curry - it's got a kind of almost tarka-like topping of garlic
and holy basil. The other ones look really good, too and we'll be trying
them this spring.
I'd seen the odd recipes from the Colonel in the past on this list and they
were all very good. Seems he was a Chilehead in the early pioneering days
before I joined, but I know little else. Could we have a little biography
of the Colonel and his history on the list to preface the recipes?
