Are we the insane or are we open to all options. Most of the people have
closed minds on trying anything that does not fit in their own little world.
I eat alligator sausage which is great, let people try and they love it and
want more tell them what they just ate and they make all types of faces and
go ekkkkkkkkkk.

I make all types of dishes not heat level 10 but around 3-4 and people oh
and uh show them the bottle of sauce that is in there and they again make
faces.

Point is we are the sane ones we just like to have fun and eat food on the
spicy side of life.
