Try em, you'll like em

On a cookie sheet, layer a garlic triskett with a piece of horseradish
cheese (I've been using Cabot that I get at Wally World), maybe some
wasabi paste if you want more punch, or even some fresh horseradish if
you have it.  Top it with a nice thick slice of fresh habanero and bake
the whole thing in the oven for a few minutes.  Really nice combinattion
of flavors.
